Daily or a target of 1–7 check-ins a week. Pick a name, a timezone, and a rhythm you can keep. Zuko summarizes text-created plans before you confirm them. You can also create a habit in your dashboard.

03 · AN OPTIONAL PLUS-ONE
better together is an option.
Choose a partner habit for two people or a group for up to 8. Share your invite link with the people you want to join. They see the plan and decide whether to accept; creating a habit doesn’t contact anyone.
You each have your own direct conversation with Zuko and your own streak. Members see progress on the shared habit and receive check-in updates according to their message preferences. Private texts and reminders stay private.
Send a plain-language text when you finish. Zuko records the check-in and updates your progress. If you have several habits, name the one you mean.

Check-ins use what you report. They aren’t independently verified. Each member can count once per calendar day in the habit’s timezone. Weekly targets use Monday through Sunday.
05 · NOTICE YOUR EFFORT
the little wins add up.
Daily streaks count consecutive successful days; weekly streaks count weeks when you meet your target. Open your dashboard for your current and best streaks, check-in history, and shared progress. Older habits keep their original counting rules and are labeled separately.

06 · YOU’RE STILL IN THE STORY
a rough week isn’t the end.
Missed a day or weekly target? Your current streak resets, but your history and best streak stay. Check in again to start building. Pause a habit when you need a break, or archive it when it no longer fits. Your partner’s missed target doesn’t reset your own streak.
