A few shared understandings.
Zuko helps you track habits, share progress, chat with an AI, and remember the things you choose.
Your account and conversations
Use your own phone number to connect and sign in. Keep verification codes and sign-in links private. Zuko is an AI service, and its replies can be mistaken or incomplete. Check information that matters to you before acting on it.
Habits and shared progress
Check-ins are self-reported. A streak records your check-ins; it is not independent proof that an activity happened. People choose whether to join shared habits. Invite only people who want to participate and respect their privacy.
Reminders and availability
Reminder and message delivery depends on the connected messaging service, network, and device availability. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Use a dedicated alarm or another reliable system for anything you cannot afford to miss.
Plans and payments
Text “membership” to see your plan and limits, or check the dashboard. When a paid plan is available, the checkout shows its price, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew until you cancel future renewal in the billing portal. Contact hello@zuko.ai for billing or refund questions.
Deleting an account cancels its subscription immediately. Export any records you want before deleting. Any rights required by the laws that apply to your purchase remain unchanged.
Respect the service and each other
Do not use Zuko to harass people, send unwanted messages, impersonate others, access someone else’s account, or interfere with the service. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Privacy and control
The privacy page explains how account data, conversations, and shared progress are handled. You can text STOP to stop messages and use the dashboard to export data or delete your account.
